Stop renting your electricity. Own it.
Asia Engineers designs, manufactures and installs solar for homes, factories and EPC contractors. We build our own mounting structures, so the steel holding your panels for the next twenty-five years is made on our press — not bought from whoever was cheapest that week.
What would solar save you?
Indicative only. Based on 4.6 peak sun hours for Lahore, a 78% performance ratio and blended slab tariffs. Your real number depends on roof area, shading, tariff category and whether you are net-metered. We give you the real one after a survey — and we will tell you if solar is not worth it for you.
Whoever you are, start here.
A homeowner and an EPC contractor need completely different conversations. Pick your lane and we will skip the parts that do not apply to you.
For your home
You are tired of a bill that climbs every quarter and load shedding that does not care about your work.
- Free survey and a written system size
- On-grid, hybrid or full battery backup
- Net metering application handled by us
- Installments and financing options
For your business
Electricity is one of your top three costs and you want it fixed, predictable and off the grid’s mercy.
- Load study before anyone quotes you
- Roof structure checked for real wind load
- Three-phase, net-metered, monitored
- Maintenance contract so output holds
For EPC & developers
You do not need an installer. You need structures that arrive to spec, in full, on the date you were promised.
- Aluminium profiles at fixed tilt angles
- Hot-dip galvanised ground-mount systems
- Clamps and fixings matched to your module
- Ex-works supply or full installation
Common sizes, and who they suit.
Every site is different, so treat these as a starting point rather than a price list. We size on your actual consumption, not on what is convenient to sell.

Engineered to your BOQ
Send your BOQPrices move with the dollar, panel prices and net-metering rules. That is why we quote after a survey rather than printing a number that expires in a fortnight.
Most installers buy their structures. We make ours.
The panel has a twenty-five year warranty. The thing holding it up usually has none. When the structure is bought from whoever quoted lowest, nobody can tell you the section thickness, the galvanising weight, or what happens in a 120 km/h gust. We can, because we cut and pressed it.
- Bending and cutting press lineProfile forming and volume production runs on our own machines.
- Hydraulic and power pressesClamps, cleats, brackets and pressed components made to our drawings.
- Three-phase aluminium cuttingClean, square, repeatable cuts, so the array lines up on the roof.
- CO2 welding plantsSteel structure fabrication and assembly in-house, not subcontracted out.
- Stock held, not orderedWe carry aluminium and galvanised steel, so your job does not start with a mill lead time.
Four questions worth asking any installer.
Including us. Ask a company these and the answers tell you everything about what happens in year three.
First call to a meter running backwards.
Six steps. We tell you where you stand at each one, and we do the paperwork you would otherwise spend three weeks chasing.
Survey
An engineer visits, measures the usable roof, checks shading through the day and reads your last six bills. Free, and no obligation.
Design & quote
You get an array layout, a system size, the exact equipment list and one written price. No verbal numbers that move later.
Structure
We manufacture your mounting system to the array layout while the equipment is being arranged. This is the step other installers wait on.
Installation
Structure, modules, DC and AC work, protection and earthing. Site left clean, cable runs done properly rather than quickly.
Net metering
We file the DISCO application, follow it up, close any observations and attend the inspection on your behalf.
Handover & O&M
Monitoring set up on your phone, warranty documents handed over in your name, cleaning schedule agreed.
Four divisions, one roof.
The fabrication and electrical capability we built for solar is available on its own terms. Same engineers, same workshop, same schedule discipline.

The questions everybody asks.
How long before solar pays for itself?
Will solar keep my house running during load shedding?
Who handles the net-metering application?
What is actually covered by the warranty?
Can you supply structures without doing the installation?
Do you offer installments or financing?
Find out what solar would actually cost you.
Send us your last electricity bill. We will come back with a system size, a written price and the payback period. No obligation, no pressure.
